This a blog of me attempts of building a touring bicycle from a Surly LHT frame, while living in the countryside of Japan, and the telling of stories of my past mishaps and "bicycle tour" learning experience while.

I require three things in life. Travel, the Great outdoors and the Arts. If I had the time and money, I'd simply travel the world on my bicycle, pitch my tent at the end of the day and enjoy watching the world go by sharing it's unique cultures, landscapes and other various characters. I find the world huge and small, both at the same time.
